Flat Reels

These sterile barrier flat reels offer a highly cost-effective and reliable solution for Steam and EO sterilization processes. Made from 60 g/m² medical-grade paper combined with a durable green-tinted film, they provide excellent resistance to tearing and superior mechanical strength. Designed for easy and aseptic opening, these reels ensure safe and efficient use in sterile environments. They are available in a wide range of sizes, from 5 cm to 60 cm, to meet diverse packaging needs. The reels are not suitable for gamma or plasma irradiation. With a shelf life of 5 years, they conform to EN 868-5 and NF EN 11607-1 standards and have an optimal sealing temperature range between 170°C and 185°C.
